What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workout is different every time. It can be personalized based on injury/limitations. I also enjoy the coaches motivation and knowledge to do the exercises correctly to get the best workout and not cause injury.

The energy and enthusiasm of the trainers. Also love the loud music and variety of the workouts on a daily basic. Impossible to get bored.

What do you like about our workout?

- It is a different work out every day
- I love the rotation of equipment, although rowing is not my fave :)
- I like having a different focus each time- strength, power, endurance

However, I do think it is extremely expensive. With the cost, I feel very limited in doing any other activities, which I feel like will ultimately cause me to choose something else over OT. Unless there was something else included- like a weekly yoga option.

There is so many things I like. The way the front staff are so welcoming, and the coaches are one of your biggest supporters. They how to give you that push you need. How they can have a full class and still watch your form.

Keep up the great work! You guys are so customer-service focused and I really appreciate all the preparation that goes into running OrangeTheory workouts and the gym itself.

p.s. Heidi is a GEM. I haven't had another coach that I enjoy nearly as much and her natural approach to coaching makes it feel less robotic.

What do you like about our workout?

We enjoyed the heck out of the Fort Collins OTF while visiting our family. We took classes from 4 different instructors, and every coach was terrific - - - lots of encouragement, correction when needed, and lots of fun. A shout out to Sarah, whose terrific class we took 4 times, and Shane, the king of old school hip hop and rock. The reception folks were welcoming and friendly, and the facility beautiful. Thanks to everyone at FC OTC! We'll look forward to booking during our next visit.

Everything. It was interactive, the instructor was encouraging and the workout was intense and challenging but not overwhelmingly difficult.

Kadie is an amazing coach! She is is capable, challenging and encouraging. She is a person who believes in what she is doing and wants the best for others. Her sessions are well run and bring out the best in me!

It's not repetitive! You never know what the workout will be that day and that's fun! Also the staff at Stetson Hills- CO is awesome!
