Fun HIT workout. Loved how strength training and cardio were both incorporated without lowering my heart rate, great 1 hr workout.
How difficult it is. Challenging.
The constant push and positivity. Always being encouraged to push beyond where you think you can go. Always a friendly atmosphere. I never have a desire to go anywhere else. Keeps me motivated.
Mikey was awesome! The workout was hard and I felt like we were well taken care of. Ali was wonderful and Mike was very helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. Great place to train!

My trainer Kelly is awesome. Always so helpful, encouraging and attentive. The other trainers I've met too are great. Front staff is friendly and helpful. The workout is perfect for me with the right mix plus provides the guidance on how to do it. I've lost over 30 lbs and I owe a lot of that to OTF!
