My favorite thing about the OTF workout is the variety. I also really love class with Nichol. She plays the best music and keeps the class involved.

It's intense but you can pace yourself how you need to. The coaches aren't super tough in the sense that they let you work to the best of your ability no matter what.
Burns a lot of calories, is over in 55mins, you effectively get a personal trainer when you need coaching / encouragement & are left alone when you don't.
I've lost 35lbs. It works!
Good, well rounded workout. Encouragement from the instructor! Plenty of time for cue changes between base, push, and all out. It's nice to know what's coming in regard to times of pushes, etc.......

With our family's busy schedule, I really maximize my limited exercise time by going to OT twice a week.
I like the high intensity interval training that is planned out for me. I like not having to worry about what I am doing for my workouts day to day. I love the friendly staff, the great customer service and all the trainers. It is so nice to be able to ask questions and modify my exercises if need be and have the trainers available to talk to.
The one hour spent is worthwhile, excellent workout, no wasted time. All coaches are clear in their instruction and encouraging and will make suggestions to improve your workout.

The coaches are consistently excellent. I have to assume you have a new system for training coaches - in the past, the early sessions with new coaches were a little rough, now you wouldn’t be able to tell a coach teaching her/his first class from one teaching her/his 200th. I appreciate also the way the studio is managed; staff are friendly and professional and helpful, the space is clean, check in is easy, and the atmosphere is relaxed and not rushed. I don’t get to participate in many, but it is also nice to hear about the extracurriculars being offered. Thanks for the great workouts!

I loved the idea of the orange zone, the instructor was very motivational, and I really liked the combo of cardio and toning/strength.
Great instructors/ coaches. The workouts are super intense but every time you feel like you can't do any more...it switches to something else. Great variety, great calorie burn
The guidance and encouragement
The interval training is great! Always moving and switching up. The instructor did great helping me know the technique.
Great themat you don't have too think too much and the trainer keeps you going. Would have been great if my arm monitor was working for the trial class though.
Love the full body workout and that its diffrent each time I went. The focus on HR is great!
