The variety
Heather is an awesome coach who keeps the mood and motivation up for the entirety of the class! I've never been more motivated and excited to work out than now when I know I'll be helped the entire time if I need it.

What do I like: Intensity. Variety. Coaches. Front Desk Staff! I would prefer more core work, but understand the limitations. I like the fact that one can warm up before class. I am a bit concerned that the stretching at end of the class is becoming too abbreviated with the extra classes. Overall A+.

It's a love/hate relationship for me. It's a hard 1 hour workout but you get out, of it what you put in. The Fort Collins coaches are all amazing. They are more like family and I missed them all like crazy when I was out with an injury.

An amazing work out with Lindsay, sets the tone for the day. It covers all the bases, and over in an hour. What more could one ask for???
