I like that the workout was organized well. I usually feel overwhelmed when I walk into a gym but my first class was welcoming and stress free. I felt like I could focus on my workout and pushing myself to get better.
The variety of exercises.
I get a lot out of the workout in a short time. The intensity level is great, and the coaches are awesome. My favorite classes are taught by Kris and Brian. Both of them doing a great job pushing me to work my hardest and become stronger.
Cardio and strength all in one hour.

I love that I get a full body workout in an hour. Having your heart rate to view on screen is a huge motivator to keep pushing. The coaches really motivate you and the class setting really keeps you from slacking off.
