I loved everything about it. The instructor Tiffany had a great energy and was very welcoming/informative. The participants in the class were friendly and were engaging (I.e small talk, high fives, positive comments on my performance) the music was great, I liked that the lighting wasn’t super bright/awkward as most gyms or clubs are — I even mentioned to Tiffany that typically on treadmills for a long time I get winded and nauseous quickly - but the incline and change consistent change of pace made being on one feel effortless. Loved my class this AM was a great way to start my day

I am able to push myself to doing a little more each day with the help of friendly coach's who are ready to work with me. Hope I can increase my performance in a few weeks.

Kaitlyn is a great teacher! She was one of the first teachers at my first studio when I was thinking about joining and she is just the best. I love her enthusiasm and obvious dedication to the members. You are a lucky studio to have her!

I love the feel of a personal workout despite being in a group setting. One hour full body workout and done.
The Burn
The workouts are super intense and effective. And my favorite coach, Mark, motivates me through. I wouldn’t work out nearly as hard, if not for him. He plays great music and gives awesome cues. I get that “runners high” after every one of his workouts, and that sets the tone for the rest of my day!! It’s my favorite thing!!!
It is challenging, yet you can modify exercises and go at your own pace. I like that it is different every time I go
