I love that the workout is different every time I attend a class -- and I love how the coaches push you past your comfort zone (even now when they are having us increase our base pase -- something I wouldn't do on my own.)

I enjoy my experience with OTF. I think it was the best decision I ever made to join. I enjoy the trainers and the rest of the staff. I hope you keep the 6:15 PM classes open as well as the Thursday night tornado class. I hope you can bring back the Saturday 90 minute class. Maybe start the class at 10:00 AM once or twice a month and see if it catches on.
The variety and intensity!
I love the three different stations in OTF. I feel like I can work muscles throughout my entire body and really achieve results! It is so motivational to see others also working hard and having encouraging trainers is also very helpful.
The loud music, the trainers consistently talking while we are working out, and the positive atmosphere!
Easy to jump in and push yourself as much as feels comfortable! Hard to find such an individual work out in a class setting, but you guys pull it off!
