I love that it is a complete workout in 60min. The coaches are fun and always helpful. The classes are fun and it’s a different workout everyday so I never get bored. I’ve tried a few different places and always come back to Orange Theory.

I like the diversity of moving from cardio to the floor exercises, the hours and it goes by fast. Each workout is a challenge. What really makes my OTF great is the coaches, my running form, rowing has improved significantly since i started with OTF.
The amount of energy I have!
The workout is always great and the coaches are great! I love working out with people I know and other members are always encouraging.
Recently it's felt like the studio is a little understaffed, there isn't someone to check members in and assign stations. Also, I usually use the bike for the treadmill and the past few classes there have been more people needing bikes than are available in my group and I've been on treadmill. Revisiting that signup process for all might be helpful to make sure everyone gets what they need.
I've been a member from the beginning. I find that the workouts consistently challenge me in ways I wouldn't normally challenge myself. The workouts have been vital adjuncts to my success in endurance racing. The coaches are motivating and instructional yet not overbearing. The community of members are also supportive. A great way to maximize a one-hour workout!
The community
I like that I can fit in a good workout in an hour. I like being pushed and motivated by the instructors. I also like not having to plan anything out, everything is taken care of for you, big bonus there.
