I was very impressed with Alex. I have taken other OTF classes at other studios, he literally knows every single members name before they walk in the door. Along with this, he is a great trainer. He cares so deeply about sticking with someone and making sure that they are doing the workouts correctly. But he just doesn't just fix you; he stays with the person to make sure they are doing it correctly. I hope to see him do more strength training.

Variety of types of workouts, flexible and easy scheduling to meet my needs, friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable coaches, and all at a reasonable price point. Personally, the stats, challenges, and benchmarks keep me motivated to progress.
The accountability and community
I like the variety and the challenges that oush you to improve!
Workouts are challenging and varied. No pressure to complete all reps if limited by injury or medical restriction. Trainers are always willing to provide options.
OT pushes me every time. I don’t quit because of their support and unique combination of workouts. I don’t get board and the energy is high.

Lately I have been enjoying the strength 50 classes.
I think the format lends itself to all types of people to enjoy better fitness. It has just enough cardio to get your heart pumping and the weight room (minus a couple exercises) is good for everyone’s strength building.
On top of that, great sense of community with the members and coaches.
Everything. EXCEPT that in the 10 sessions of Transformation that i have done so far, there has been no tricep exercises. i know it is a corporate thing but why is that the one muscle group OT excludes when most of the class is women over 40?
