I love the different and never boring workouts and the coaches' enthusiasm and great playlists that keep me striving to make each workout count and inspire me to push harder each time.
its great for someone who wants to have a good workout, and doesnt know where to start. This group setting is very comfortable and the workout is awesome. Very motiviating
Don't have to think about it. Competitive spirit keeps me motivated. Usually good music :)

Quick, done in an hour. I like having someone tell me what to do, going to the gym I felt like a lost puppy dog! Plus, you get a full body workout every time!

It is different, especially the changes with the weights. I like the rotation and the challenges with the treadmill and row machine. So far, so good.
I absolutely LOVE the coaches at OTF Applewood. They are incredibly motiving and FUN. These workouts are super tough but they add an element of fun and push you through. Orangetheory is the best workout I have done. You walk out knowing you accomplished something. First name removed:)

Pushes me to do things other than just run - and at a higher intensity due to the group / coach setting (I know I'm being watched :-) ). I LOVE Jake and Patience. Please give them a raise so they never leave. I recently went to a OT session at another location, and it was sort of a joke compared to what we're doing at the Union Station gym. I felt like the guy was reading from a script the entire time.
It forces me to run faster than I would on my own. It's like having a personal trainer tell you what to do, it takes the guesswork out of a workout and allows you to just go for it. I love just doing what the trainer tells me to. I love the variety of workouts, they never get old or tedious.
