What do you like about our workout?

The classes are different every time, the instructors are so positive, the goal is very individual-specific (it's not to kill yourself every time like at some other gyms--it's to push yourself based on *your* current level of fitness), with instructor guidance I push myself more than if I was working out on my own and I have way more fun in the process!

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts give structure and purpose without being repetitive. Every time I go I'm excited to see what the routine is for the strength floor, rower sets, and treadmills on that day. It is consistent in concept to be familiar and comfortable, but differs enough every time to make each visit fresh and engaging.

Beyond that, the coaches are great!

What do you like about our workout?

The staff and coaches are great, the parking is good, the schedules are good, the classes are terrific and I always work harder than I had planned to. My only request is more old school hip hop.

What do you like about our workout?

Getting to see my heart rate and using it to push myself. The instructor was amazing and it felt like a personalized workout with your own trainer and the best group class atmosphere. It's the best of both worlds in terms of a great workout with the energy of a group class.

What do you like about our workout?

Great energy in the room, fast paced, fun workout! The coach, Mark Frings, was Amazing! He kept us working hard the whole time... he was motivating and entertaining.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches pushing you to do your best- weight room and treads I like the most - when there is a lot of rowing I feel my asthma kick in. rowing in smaller amounts are fine and I enjoy.

What do you like about our workout?

I had a great time-- it's a bit overwhelming in that first class-- lots of things you have to remember -- but I liked the music and the energy of the class and appreciated the instructor checking in with me. I'll be back!

What do you like about our workout?

The OTF workout really works for me because I don't think I could push myself that hard without the coaches support. Being told what to do in order to modulate my heart rate so I can get the most benefit out of my workout, makes it a really satisfying experience. I can see my stamina and strength increase over time and as a bonus I am also losing weight.
