You just show up and get a great workout with strength and cardio. No need to think about what exercises to do, what intervals to do. And the environment adds just enough competition to keep you motivated.

The work out is great. Wish you had more time slots in the afternoon and maybe a 45 min. workout instead of 60 min.

It's a complete workout in 60 minutes . It is very convenient for a working woman and mom who has limited time.
The OT motivational coaches keeping you on track
I've been doing this workout for 5 years, and it's never been old! Love the variety and all the coaches rock! If Max would dance less and eat more plants, that would help though. Also, maybe put in an omelette station and an espresso bar, and I'd be far less grumpy after a 1-minute all-out ;). Miss you guys and gals!!
The personal challenges
Fast and furious but not over-the-top. It challenges me to step up my game, but leaves wiggle room when I need to catch my breath. It's accessible. Not intimidating.
The ability to workout and not have to think about what I will do that day in the gym. All I have to do is focus on pushing myself.
I love the workout. I love Josh as a trainer. I have had some really bad health luck the last year, and now my mom is having some really bad luck too. It was a very tough decision to leave OTF because I have been there since the beginning. I hope to make it back sometime. I will always recommend OTF to anyone and everyone. Miss you all.
