The gym is great, better than some other OT gyms I have been to, including my home gym. Trainers are really good as well. Very friendly front desk staff. I am from out of town and they have made booking classes, borrowing a monitor, purchases and everything else very easy. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation. They are great.
The best work out, less injuries than other high intensity workouts.

I am able to work out at my own pace and change it up if I can't do something or feel like it isn't the best exercise for me.
Fast paced and hard.
Although the equipment is the same the various exercises and different modalities you do using the equipment. Also if the instructor has great music and enthusiasm - natural enthusiasm not over the top it makes the class more exciting.
Quick and efficient
I really enjoyed our trainer, he was eager to help correct us on our form. When you workout a lot and are a former bikini competitor it helps to have someone keep your form up.
It is very challenging and the coaches are extremely motivating. It is one of the best workouts I have had in a while!

Staff very helpful in setting us up in Applewood while on vacation from Dallas (our home studio). Enjoyed the attention of trainers during the two sessions we undertook.
I enjoy doing circuits in general but really liked the heart rate monitor and being able to track my progress. Zak and Grace were great as well!
I liked the tornado. It was nice to spend only a about 3 min on each area for 6 rounds.
