What do you like about our workout?

The staff is very friendly, the workouts are challenging, and the coaches always have good energy.

One thing I DO NOT like is that it seems like things are always broken. For several months (and maybe still), the first two treadmills have been semi-broken. One has some screws loose and wobbles the other is super loud and sounds broken. Additionally, several of the rowers batteries are always low. Most annoyingly, the clock has been super slow so peoples' stats are always under-estimated. Most people come to OT because they like seeing their stats on the screen. If it continues to be an issue, I may transfer to another studio.

What do you like about our workout?

Always challenging. Workouts can get redundant, Otf classes do not. Coaches are Awesome and encourage you to Challenge yourself.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workouts are never the same - the coaches are awesome and when I am having a down day I can walk in and instantly feel happy!

The workout was solid- I enjoyed the mix of cardio and strength training, the partner component, and the support of the coach.

I love how I don't have to think about my workout! I love how it's different every time I go, and I love how the coaches push you to go out of your comfort zone! :)

I like walking away from it knowing that I spent 60 minutes of my time doing something that makes me a stronger, healthier, better person.

What do you like about our workout?

I love lifting but really am not a fan of cardio. This workout keeps me motivated without having to overthink the cardio portion, and it has been an excellent HIIT addition to my usual routine!!!
