I was looking for a new fitness program and a friend recommended Orange Theory Fitness. I've enjoyed the workouts and the coaches are all friendly and enthusiastic.
I really appreciated the fact that during my first class, Coach June noticed I was having some discomfort with an exercise and gave me a couple of alternative things to do. Fast forward two weeks later, I had another flare up and June remembered my situation and suggested a minor adjustment to change
the way I was doing the exercise, it addressed the discomfort and I got a great workout as well.
This kind of attention to detail and customer support as well as the fun atmosphere is what will keep me coming back.

Just started last week! Enjoy the fun trainers, high energy workout, and I love that the workouts are structured for me so I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do at the gym. Also the music playlists are usually pretty 🔥
