Focused on full body workout
I like the structured approach to OTF classes and the positivity of all the coaches. 2G is right for me, but I also take a 3G class once a week.
It is a class full of energy and pushes your limits

Tracking system for class performance
I've been to several OT gyms and Minnetonka is my favorite. The staff and coaches are friendly and welcoming, the music is great (and not too loud) and the coaches are encouraging without being too much. All of this makes the workouts more enjoyable than other locations.

I don’t have to come prepared with workouts prepped. When I show up, something fun, engaging and a great workout is already planned
I like the variety - works different muscle groups. As a runner, I am usually working the same muscles, so it is nice to build some different exercises into my routine!
Consistency, you go at your best pace and not worry about how you do with the others who might be better or slower than you but you work and finish as a team. Safety is key. You have good instructors that explain everything and will coach you individually if necessary but are looking out for the safety of everyone. Big plus is the class is made to have fun as a whole . We are all there with the same purpose to better ourselves and some are more fit than some others but we don’t judge. We need someone to push us to our individual limits and have fun too.
Coaches are encouraging and work outs have a great amount of variability so they do not get boring. There are personal challenges which get recorded some one can keep track of progress.

The instructors are fantastic, the workout is always challenging and awesome, the atmosphere is unlike anything I’ve experienced.

It’s Challenging I would like to see more balancing for people that has knee issues to get to find there balance from the bouncy ball with medication ball and more back and back arm strength by trying to touch there hands behind there backs i enjoy I would love to do 5ks for 5ks I normally pay 25 to 35 dollars I would like to help out with 5k races if I am not able to do the 5k that is my passion to be a reserve officer is to volunteer in the community Like to try to like work more in my upper part of my stomach like to do fundraising for my st Croix Valley lumber jacks Special Olympics team or to Special Olympic organization to help to pay for USA games and world games and help pay for opening ceremonies lunch’s dinners for state games and help cover leadership classes and to help get new team uniforms for st Croix Valley lumber jacks soccer that will be starting this august we would like to get a plaid soccer jersey for are lumberjacks team we are looking for fundraisers to help are team out year around it can be cash out checks I will be doing the registration for the polar bear plunge starting in October i will be starting doing fundraising for that in October and do a 5k and 10k Special Olympics and lumberjacks fundraising event through law enforcement torch run 5k would be good to do to help us raise and for people that would like to do a 3 mile to 10 mile run or walk they can do on the triads and rowing just let me now and my my head of delegation team can be reached and can give you her contact information to you and the contact to the law enforcement staff members from Special Olympics state office from Kristina
