Since I haven't worked out in a couple years I really enjoy this gym because of the structure of the workouts and motivation /guidance from the coaches. It is very helpful when getting back into a workout routine. I've only done a couple classes so far but I like how quickly the 60 minutes goes by. Feeling the burn and sweat I work up is reassuring that I have accomplished a good workout.
Love the variety of the classes and the instructors are very motivating.

You're held accountable to show up with the sign ups, each workout is different, so it's always new and exciting, and the coaches are super supportive and motivating!
It’s fun but challenging and I like how the coaches will show you ways to modify the workouts based on your physical abilities.

Every workout is different and I am challenged everytime I showup for my workout.
It is always changing and challenging---keeps your mind and body guessing and before you know it the workout is over and you feel fantastic after working out with great trainers and fun people!
Endurance days. No way could anyone do that at home our outside right now.
I like the continuity and interaction with trainers. They are open to other suggestions when certain exercises are met with physical limitations.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I love that it is a group setting and that there is a planned workout each time. Having the coach there to help through the rigorous routine helps to keep on track and as I am new, is very helpful for answering newbie questions. I feel so much more motivated to stay on track since it is a group workout, and really enjoy it, even though it is probably the hardest I've ever worked out! I've already recommended it to many friends and my husband. :)

I like the variety with each work out. The work outs are structured to work multiple muscle groups. It’s intense enough that after 1 hour you feel you accomplished something real good. The level of intensity is also not so bad that it scares me away!
