It is always challenging and different!l I enjoy Wes and Quinn as trainers and it is a great way to start my morning!
It is very fast paced, and you are only focused on your outcomes. Love the coaches, so motivating and fun.
I love that the workouts are different every time I come in. Also the trainers know my name and are so encouraging. I am a member at LifeTime Fitness and I supplement my workouts with these classes and they are great workouts.
It's varied. I like that I am not doing the same thing for an hour, but three (or more) different things very intensely for shorter periods of time.
I find I have a great workout each time and within one hour. Very effective and efficient use of time.
The workout pushes me beyond what I think I can do into another level of effort and commitment. Learning that I can always do more has carried over into other aspects of my life as well.
Orangetheory is my happy place!
It's tough and different every time! The staff/trainers are top notch and care! Keeps me coming back and that is key.
Thank you OTF!
Challenging and positive
Best workout out there. In and out in an hour while getting in a complete body workout. I love that someone is telling me exactly what to do and no 2 workouts are ever the same! Keeps me coming back for more!!
The variety of exercises in each workout.
Everything! The coaches are amazing! I have gone to other OT locations across the country and the coaches at Plymouth are simply the best! The work out is pretty awesome as well aiding in quick results which motivate me to come back for more. Orange Theory has definitely helped me to live a more balanced and healthy lifestyle!
The intensity of the workouts and the trainers
The intensity and varying workouts.
Thoughtful staff noticed my battery died and charged it while giving me a new heart rate monitor for class. Noticed that I was new to the gym and. Introduced themselves. Overall a more friendly Orange theory than others I have visited.
It's different every time I go, and I don't have to think about anything, just do the work!
The staff, the actual workout, the music and the fast pace!
I love the variety, in that each workout utilizes treadmills, rowers and strength training, and each workout is different. In a group training, instructor-lead format, I push myself Much harder than I would if I were to do the same exercises on my own. That said, I'm doing exercises that I would never choose to do on my own, and that's lead to muscle definition I've never seen before (having grow up as a competitive swimmer and Nordic skier, I mistakenly thought I had used all muscles with those activities). I burn so many more calories in just an hour, compared to spending much more time on my own at a regular gym. The need to schedule and commit to a class ahead of time commits me to going, and that, for me, is usually the hardest part. I have another regular gym membership, but I actually go to OTF more often because of the scheduling commitment. OTF is my happy place!
