I like that classes are smaller with ability for more one on one training. The heart rate monitors and trainer combo certainly encourage me to push it to limits. The trainers and personnel are all amazing!!
The intensity! I would not put as much into my workout without a trainer/leader and the other exercisers. Together I find myself being push to really put my all into each workout. I also like the variety where each class you're doing new tasks or in a different order.
The trainers and employees are so engaged and truly care about us. The dimly lit environment is perfect, as is the loud music! The routines are varied so that boredom has no room, and I find myself almost bummed when the hour is finished!
How fast it went and easy to follow the directions of the trainer
Each day is a different workout and the trainers always motivate me and the whole class.

The row machine combined with the treadmill work and the TRX strengthening.

1. wish there was more showers. I want to workout before work but can't afford to waste time waiting for others to shower and get ready.
2. I wish there was an indicator as to what muscle groups we will be working on. example -over the last week and half I've come in every other day. I never get to work on my arms or shoulders. wish workouts could incorporate more
I love the combination of cardio and strength training. I love not having to think about what to do because the trainer is telling me what to do and the workout is designed by a professional. I always have a great workout at OTF!

Also that it is through out the day so you have many times to pick from.
Every workout is different and challenging. It is also very efficient. The instructors are also great!

The variety and having an instructor tell us what to do.
It pushes me to do a type of workout I would never do on my own, it's an efficient, fun workout. Also, it's convenient to park and simply walk in, no hassles. It's not a typical overcrowded class at a large gym . Trainers are enthusiastic motivating.
