What do you like about our workout?

I love that you can see and monitor your heart rate. I think it adds tremendously to the workout, and I like that there are two groups at the same time doing different things.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the full-body workout, the energy of the trainers, and how I don't have to think about what exercises to do while working out. It's all planned out for me and I can just show up and have a good butt-kicking!

What do you like about our workout?

when my schedule allows for consistency, I like competing against myself to improve, for example the marathon challenge. I used that challenge to improve my distances and saw slight increases the entire month. I like when the coaches are paying attention and push you when you think you can't do better.
