I got the intensity that I cannot do at home on my own. Kept it very fun and upbeat. Liked the variety of the workout!
It's very challenging in a good way. I like that during cardio it's up and down with your heart gives you a chance to catch your breath.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating. I love the idea of interval training. I enjoy the camaraderie when I attend a class. And of course the results I have gotten since I started 9 months ago.
Pushes one to do things that you can not ever imagine being able to do. There is great team work with the coaches and the people that you work out with.

Great workout, plus I'm motivated to go because I don't want to have to pay extra. I also like walking in and everyone knowing your name.
