I loved everything about it!! Kelly is a great instructor and made the class enjoyable throughout every second of it! I also like how we could go at our own pace while still doing the same workouts as everyone else. Seeing your results on the screen above you are also extremely gratifying. I am looking forward to working out more because of Orange Theory:)

The effectiveness. My weight loss and overall fitness have improved in the short time I have been a member. I love that it’s a group but the coaches still can focus on pushing younindividually.

Jordan is great and does really well at keeping me motivated on the treadmill and rower. Steve is my favorite on the weight floor because he is never afraid to correct my grip or stance if my form is off. He also won’t hesitate to tell you to grab a heavier weight! Love it!
