In 1 he I get a great interval workout that includes cardio, weight training, and core.
I like that the routines change daily, could never become boring. I think this approach is the fastest way to see results as well. Oh....and I'm 67.
I like the variety. You are always doing something new and there is a good balance of introducing new things that are challenging.
I absolutely love the workouts!! They are challenging, yet flexible enough to give everyone a good workout [from the most out of shape to the most in shape people in class!]. I love that the trainers are so attentive to the class and they really help in keeping up the motivation during the course of the hour.
If I had to go to a gym and workout on my own, even having read tons of information, having planned a good workout, I would not work out as hard or as well as I do at OTF.

I love the motivation from the trainers! It definitely gives you that extra push to keep going. I also like that the trainers will make sure that you have the correct form and assist you if needed, so that you will get the results you should. I enjoy the group setting and environment. The coaches push each person based on their goals and capabilities. They are always willing to help and provide alternate workouts if you have limitations for the planned exercises.
The trainers are great and help you out when needed!!
