I like how it is a different workout everyday. Stacy is a great instructor. She motivates me every class I have with her. This week she helped me set the bike so I was able to achieve my points.
It was fun! The trainer was up beat and always encouraging! They want you to be successful. The lady that was the trainer was amazing! Kept the music on point. She helped not humiliate. Can't wait to go back!!

The staff was all very friendly and open, I really liked how they took the time to walk me through everything, and Coach Lori was fantastic! The workout was challenging, and a lot of fun, and I liked how fast-paced it was.
I really appreciate it when the coaches correct you in the weight room and push you to give more on the treads and rowers. This individualizes the workout and keeps you from feeling like just another person in the crowd.
