I really enjoyed my first class. Bailey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Karli was encouraging and there to answer any questions I had and ensure I got the most of my workout.
I like that it’s dark, loud music, they tell you what to do and what’s coming up, the energy!! The one on one motivation, even though you’re in a group!! It’s addictive in a positive way!!! Nothing like it anywhere!! I love the way that no matter where you are at in weight loss or muscle gain, they treat everyone the same and push you to be your best!!

Being coached, trainers, someone else picking my workout, being monitored, knowing accomplishments, and feeling like there’s someone to help me.
The trainers are very motivating.
It is a full body workout with a coach to provide guidance and motivation.
The classes have a great sense of member camaraderie (i.e. "we're all in this to win") which is important for motivation plus well-timed personal encouragement/form guidance from a knowledgeable and physically fit instructor. At the same time, each person is encouraged to work at their own pace/level. It's a rare combination that I don't think I've ever experienced in a class environment.
Plus, the workouts are varied from day to day to help challenge muscles. Bonus: we can easily monitor personal progress by glancing at the TV monitor on site in class and off site on the smartphone app. Just what I was looking for. Love it.
It changes every day and keeps it fun. Coaches and rest of staff are great.
I love the work out, the instructors are great, though with the new staff/manager that’s working the desk I don’t get the warm welcoming feeling like I used to when I first joined.
Holds you accountable and walks you thru each step. No need to plan for your own work-out.

I like that it's different every day, so we don't get bored. Also, I've only been in three classes, and I'm already running faster. I'm going to own my next half marathon!

I love the measuring. I love the cardio. I love the music. I have a favorite trainer (Zach) who has great energy and takes the time too really help with forms!
I love it that there aren't a bunch of meatheads snapping photos and lingering around lol.
I like most of the floor exercises although there are several that require excellent knees. I have ruined mine over the years and cannot do burpees, jump squats, leaps over bench, lunges etc...Zach is excellent at modifying for me though. I find the weight suggestions for women are a little on the heavy side so Im not quite as strong as most.
My scale has gone up since I started, and my whole body aches, but I feel great and can't wait to see where I am at the end of the year. I bought the book to learn more about the theory :)

Great coaches and staff really motivating and knowledgeable. The workout sessions are challenging but very approachable.
With it being my first time, if I would have received this survey yesterday, the day following my first class, I would have said "0", but it was a great workout. It pushed me the entire class, which I don't always get at the gym. I would definitely recommend Orange Theory to friends or colleagues.
The instructor was awesome. She kept me moving! I liked the mix of the work out. Paying for it now but totally worth it.
I love that the workout is challenging! Tara and Danielle and Rashida always keep things fresh. More importantly, they keep me motivated to work hard and give it my all... even when I feel like my body is made of jelly.
