That’s is challenging and different every class. I tend to get bored easily during workouts, so these classes are perfect for me.
I’m loving it. I love that you can go at your pace and switch if you’re feeling up for the challenge. I like the no judgement to whatever level / switch you choose. The coaches are hyped. The music is excellent and keeps you moving. The workout itself has recovery time and things you can do to to modify.

I enjoyed how organized it was and being able to track my progress and if I’m working hard enough throughout. Jason was great and fun and extremely attentive to me during my first class to make sure I wasn’t lost, wasn’t going to hurt myself, and still got a good workout.

It’s varied and has cardio and strength
I've been a member since 2016. Obviously I love the workouts. Always challenging. The coaching is also very good and helpful. Due to moving I've been a member of a couple of different studios. That's where I've seen huge inconsistencies....the management. The coaches have a template from corporate that is consistent throughout all studios this making the workouts excellent. The individual studio ownership is clearly obvious in how the studio is run. My first membership was at OTF/Hingham, MA. The owners there are amazing. Very hands on and involved. They treat their members and employees with respect and treat them the way they want to be treated. The studio, bathrooms, showers are spotless. Not so much where I'm a member now. Absentee owners and the front desk associates are constantly changing due to poor treatment and unrealistic goals. The manager is trying her best to carry out the decisions of the owners. The bathrooms are filthy 90% of the time because they won't hire cleaners to come in and maintain cleanliness. It's clearly a problem. I could continue to give examples of the poor management here but I know it won't do any good. Clearly, the owners are only interested in the money in their pockets and not how they treat their employees. Very sad.

Is a combination and I feel I used wisely mytime
I missed 8 months of OT due to a serious ACL injury.
Going back was like starting over. It’s always hard to start…. I love the fact the classes are instructor based and you have a program to follow. It’s timed to the second and my cardio peaks and valleys. I know that this program works because I lost 20 pounds on it and my wife and I have both noticed endurance skiing and hiking.
The coaches in Port Saint Lucie are also outstanding!

I like not having to plan a workout. It is all done for me. I get it done and leave. No cleanup and nothing to think about. Only thing I have to do is show up!
I like that every class is different. I like the dynamics and energy from each different coach and how they help to push ourselves to continue on our healtyh path.
The workouts are fun but challenging; it’s a great community environment with coach led classes that are amazing especially for people who could be intimidated by a “traditional” gym

I lost weight quickly and became a faster runner
Love coming in for an hour for a well rounded workout and the fun music they play. Staff is always attentive and friendly.
I love the coach’s and how they are always around to help you with any movement or exercise and will show you different variations if you have a injury or can not do a specific movement. The coaches will also check up on you if they see your heart rate is too high or too low.
