I love that it is a variety of exercises. It's easy to get bored at the gym. But at OTF you have great music and a instructor coaching you along. I love Dawn, Karina, and Carla. Karina is great she always pushes me. She knows I can do more and she is right!

Provide more opportunities for people to begin the workout where they want to. Many times, I'm forced to start on the tower or weight room, and my workout just doesn't go or feel as successful.

Marcus, Kelly, Duvie and Jay are amazing instructors! They support you, know your name, understand your strengths and push you to be better. I feel wonderful going and feel bad if I can't make my normally scheduled time. I love how you walk in and Jay or Chris greet you with a smile, say hello and call you by name. The workouts are always changing which keeps you engaged and excited for the next visit. I love the feelings of stress relief, good music and atmosphere of fun. Thanks for all you do!

It was a great workout.. i really broke into a sweat! JJ was amazing in guiding me on my introductory class.

The only suggestion I have is for the music to stay loud throughout entire class. I understand coaches lower it in order to explain to the weight floor the exercises, however, it is distracting to the treadmills when music is completely lowered for instructions to be explained.

I like how there are different sets of workouts and how you can view your progress along the way.
It's comprehensive relatively fun burns calories and is an hour. The trainers are encouraging too.
