I love every time I come in there is a different workout. The trainers are outstanding! They not only push you to your top potential but make sure your form is correct and are really caring and super nice! The front desk girls are extremely helpful. I am so glad I joined Orangetheory!

I like that the workout is scheduled and pre-designed for you. You just show up and the instructors lead you through a work-out that is varied each time but will always challenge you and leave you knowing that you got the most for your hour.

I love the whole concept. The heart rate monitor helps you compete with yourself. It doesn't matter what anyone else is doing, because I can keep an eye on what my heart rate is and know if I am pushing myself hard enough. No excuses!
I love that the workout changes daily to keep me from getting bored. I like the weight lifting components the best.
Time flies
It's fast paced.. Excellent instructors. Not boring. I have had 5 classes and none of them have been the same. I like the variety. I love using TRX and the free weights during the hour class. It is a difficult hour but I continue to work hard to get in the "orange" and the feeling after the hour is amazing. I also like the print out that is emailed to me after each workout so that I can see a hard copy of my progress. (or lack of it in that class) This "old" body is a work in progress and I intend to get it in shape at Orangetheory.
