the workouts themselves are different and really quite durable, the trainer is supportive and helps motivate one to continue, and push at your limits, and right when you believe you can't anymore, the workout switches into a rest. the workouts are also open to any person of age, from teens to elders, having modifications for people who have, for example, knee problems.
