If I could make one suggestion... when the music is loud, it can sometimes be difficult to hear some instructors. This is not all instructors, some speak loudly and clearly over the music, others are a little difficult to hear at times.
Is never the same and we that with the heart Rate monitor we challenge ourselfs even more each class.

Effective and fun
I love the way Marcos and Kelly push you I and encourage you to do your best without making you feel bad about yourself. When I can't do a floor exercise they will come up to you personally to show you how it's done or give you other suggestions
For me it's a commitment, once I sign up! The heart rate monitor sure keeps you motivated!

The treadmill workouts are SO AWESOME. I wish there was no rower but the running makes up for it.
Love the coaches, Devin and Ashley are fantastic! I also like the change in routine as well as time at each station.

My trainer JJ. He is organized, soothing and regardless of class size I feel like he is exclusively guiding me. I get a very hard workout because I feel motivated.
Everything, from the staff being super friendly and helpful to the workouts being the hardest workouts I've ever done. everytime I leave orange theory I can barley move because of how intense it is. I really like that the staff takes the time to remember your name and face. It's very welcoming.
I like how it changes day to day, and I love the motivation from the trainer(Andrea)!
The workouts are always different and challenging. The instructors are very good at monitoring even very large classes and providing clear instructions as well as motivation.
I am not a physically fit person, but I can do this workout at my own pace and still get the same intensity as everyone else in the room.
That is is never the same on any given day.

I love the constant movement and the sweat I get. Orangetheory is a great compliment to my normal weight training workouts.
