I like the variety during the workout, the screen to watch heart rate, the trainers are great and the workout is just an hour but you get so much out of it and continue to burn calories days after

What I like best that orange theory incorporates strength and endurance in a one hour class. And a coach that motivates you through out your workout.

You get a lot done quickly and the hour sometimes seems to fly by. I would have no idea what to do by myself in the gym so the "personal instruction" is a big deal for me.

I love the trainers and their positive, encouraging attitude, the workout itself is great too because everyday it challenges you in a different way! And I love that in 1 hour it kicks your butt!

I have a prosthetic shoulder, so a regular gym is pointless for me. OTF, gives me the work out i need without putting the strain on my shoulder.
