It's the best one hour workout ever. High intensity interval training is the way to go. It is so awesome that each day's workout is different. I'm addicted.

It is always different. The trainers push you to do more and encourage you. The work outs work! I've lost weight and my clothes fit again.
Most of the trainers are awesome.
I like that it changes each day, and I especially like the tornado workout where you change from equipment to equipment every 10 minutes or so. I only did it once and I come MWF, so maybe they can implement that more.

I love the trainers at the Coop....they take a personal interest in me and challenge me every day. No day is ever the same, good music and great people there. I really enjoy the partner workouts and tornados too.
