What do you like about our workout?

It's day #2 and I'm not bored yet. I get so sick of repetition and hate cardio. OTF so far, from what I've seen, is a mixture of strength/weight training and cardio. The cardio I can (barely) get through but more importantly, it pushes me because I won't push myself at the gym. I have tried 2 locations (one near work and one near home) and the people are great! I feel comfortable to go alon which is a big deal for me.

What I like the most is the motivation from the trainers and the results on your physical condition. I'm 49 and I have never felt so ripped.

What do you like about our workout?

It's so fun and always different. The coaches constantly motivate and encourage you during the workout. And there is so much comraderie in the classes!

I love the fact that the workout is different every time I come in for class. It is also nice to have a coach that helps you if you are doing a move wrong.

What do you like about our workout?

most of it with most trainers, you have specific trainer that does not pay attention to the clients except certain special people he has and he is not so good. I love your best trainers, Mike, Sandy, Thomas, a couple of others, but this one trainer, had to go!

It allows me to push my body to the limit. I love the feeling of crossing a finish line or hitting my fastest mile or going farther than I have gone before.
I really like the coaches because they are very enthusiastic

What do you like about our workout?

It's always fun and grounded in challenging fitness goals for efficiency in cardiovascular health during the one hour work out. I enjoy making new friendships and relationships; and encouragement from the coaches, staff, and management supports fitness goals, and demonstrates excellence in exercise physiology.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of the workout...everyday is different and works most areas of the body...I love that it is one hour and I walk out drenched in sweat every time. The trainers are super motivating and constantly helping and giving feedback.
