What do you like about our workout?

Three years ago I was shopping at my local supermarket in my very safe town (Palm Beach) when I heard someone screaming for help. I saw a man doing something to an elderly woman. I ran to help her and as I tried to, the man turned lifted me and threw me through the air. I ended on my back and somehow broke my hand as well as damage to my jaw and teeth. I went from a daily 7 mile run and intense yoga practice to almost 18 mos in casts. Eventually I was told by my neuro surgeon I would never run again and to be happy I could walk. And of course I was happy to be alive. Flash forward at this point approx last May, after working with various PT's I decided to rehab myself with exercise. Because I've had an avid yoga practice since I was 14, I wanted to try to work my muscles in new ways. When my daughter bought me to OT I didn't expect to love it. I love every second I'm in class. I've been consistent with twice a week.. Altthough I was told I would never walk again, in class I now run at 6mph. I can also walk my 7 miles twice a week and I credit that to OT. In addition I've lost a lot of the fear that comes with the experience I had. OT has a lousy website but the real humans they have are wonderful. Usually I prefer female Instructors but I have all guys. Rolando, PJ and Martin. All great. OT has made me stronger physically. It is so much fun and goes by so fast. I'm 60 years old and I feel this kind of workout is great for aging humans. If your in shape you can Up your game, if you don't have a lot of time you can get such a great workout in an hour. If your overweight it's the best calorie burner there is and maybe like me, if your recovering from injuries you can rebuild your muscles. I still love ❤️ yoga but I ❤️ love OT, too. D. The instructor made the class extremely enjoyable. It pushed me to do my best and not stop. The energy level was on point and I fell in love with this training.

Starts on time, ends on time, every day is different, great coaches, clean facility, you make people wipe down the equipment after use, convenient class time and it is a very effective workout!

What do you like about our workout?

The trainers. The staff is very flexible and accommodating and always have a smile. The trainers try very hard to guide me as I am hearing impaired and can't always hear the instructions. They come up to me and work with me so I can get the most out of my routine. Thank you coaches!!! Place is always clean and fun.

What do you like about our workout?

I usually attend a morning class and it's often times my favorite part of the day. The OTF workout really gets my day going for several reasons:
1. Martin, Rolando, PJ are all fantastic, motivating coaches who know how to inspire and provide the support and push necessary to keep us moving and challenged each and every time. They all stress correct form, technique, and breathing, which results in a more effective workout and the ability to see personal results faster. Martin, in particular, takes a lot of time stretching us out at the conclusion of every class. I appreciate this very much.
2. Workouts are always different and varied.
3. Music playlists are varied, fun, and motivating.
4. Developing a friendly and competitive fellowship with other OTF "regulars" and being able to see their positive results as well as my own.
5. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff.
Bottom line: I LOVE my West Palm Beach Studio!

What do you like about our workout?

It's challenging and always different. The coach also makes a world of difference I always want to go to Cedric's classes. He motivates and is always very present.

I like that the classes are always different and the music makes a big difference in my workout so I like high intensity good running music. The instructors are motivating and interactive.

I love how the trainers always push you to do more, like picking up heavier weights or speeding up your base pace a bit. They don't want you getting comfortable because they know change happens out of your comfort zone!

What do you like about our workout?

I have heard other OTF facilities make the transition between classes less frenetic by assigning a "treadmill" card. I always feel the need to arrive 25 minutes before class to get a treadmill. I have feet and knee issues that require completing the cardio portion first in my workout. By giving out "reservations" for a treadmill as clients walk in, it would help alleviate the need to crowd the door before class and/ or perhaps worrying about time of arrival.
