AWESOME all around workout in one short hour
It is structured easy to follow
The combination of endurance, power and strength exercises together with the intensity level makes OT the most efficient and effective workout I have ever done. Not easy to achieve this as I have workout for over 40 years.
The workout increases my endurance with the cardiovascular portion (which I love) and helps to strengthen and tone my body (which isn't my personal favorite, so in previous workout regimens would avoid-but the coaches help to keep me on task!). Using the heart rate monitors I am able to challenge myself to meet weekly goals and avoid the slump that can occur when doing the same style of workout. I have been at OTF since it opened in Hollywood and am never bored, always feel inspired and challenged to give it my all.
The work outs keep me guessing. I love the variety & the coaches are awesone! They correct improper form & keep you motivated!

Fast, effective, exciting, quick. What I don't like is the music is too loud...have to find machine that is not directly under a speaker....which is few and far in between.

I love everything. The staff at front desk are very attentive and helpful, especially Kellie. I love working out with all the trainers. From Andrea, Jose, Jeff, to Eddie, I get the best attention and treatment. I've been to other OTF facilities and they don't compare to the studio quality of Miami Lakes. Thank you!!

It is compact and intense, the workout changes to prevent it from getting old, the trainers are all very good at what they do and motivational, the staff is friendly and helpful and you have multiple locations.
The variety of exercises ... I would like to see more weight exercises specially for the guys to gain more muscle
JC is the best trainer! He has an upbeat and motivating personality. He also has the best music playlist to keep it fun and exciting!
