Always something different. I don't have to think about what I'm going to do at the gym- that part is taken care of! The trainers are very friendly. Holly is amazing- even though it is a group fitness class, she takes the time and knows where each individual's level of fitness is and pushes/ sets new goals with you. The music is uplifting and sets the tone for a great hour long workout!
