You break everything down into short spurts. That keeps the workout from getting boring because you're constantly doing something different and it encourages me to push harder than I would otherwise on my own. I can do anything for, say, two minutes. It also makes the time go fast and I'm always pleasantly surprised when the hour is over. I also like the heart monitor even though it was a separate purchase. This way if I am getting out of breath and I'm in a high orange zone I can lower my speed or incline on the treadmill and still burn calories or get splat points. The heart monitor is a good way to make adjustments as you go.

Workouts are overall consistent so you know how your progress is going. Instructors are clear on demonstrating the exercises and providing alternatives if need be.
I like that I do not have to come up with a workout. I like the split cardio and weight time. I like that heart rate is the target goal to push yourself.
I love the workouts. They are varied and challenging. What makes this an excellent place, however, are the people. The coaching of Colton, Jeremy, and Mario is excellent. They make sure you have proper technique while being encouraging and challenging, and making the workouts fun. The workouts are sometimes really hard, but they make them bearable and their attitude and approach always makes you want to come back for more. The front staff is also very helpful and friendly. Overall, this is an outstanding place!

The way the coaches encourage and push you. Also the ability to see progress on the screens from green to orange.
I like how challenging the workout is. I love that it is a class setting, but you still get personal attention if you need help with something. All the coaches are nice and informative.
I like the variety of workouts available daily. I like how every session is broken up into cardio, strength training and endurance. The employees and trainers are very friendly, very encouraging and take time to make sure positioning and reps are done correctly.
I can accomplish so much in 1 hour! I also like having a set start time, and the structure of the class. I would have a hard time motivating myself at this level if I were going to the gym on my own.
The heart rate monitoring is also a great way to monitor what I'm doing and keep me motivated.

Enjoyed OTF for the first time! I really enjoyed the weight training and rowing. I'm a runner so this really switched up my workout. Definitely feeling sore today from the workout :) Thanks again for having me!

It's a good cardio session.
I would recommend staggering times every day. The schedule mirrors every day and some classes are more difficult to get to because of the time. Half our increments of chabge would help!

I'VE BEEN A MEMBER FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS! WHAT I LIKE MOST IS THAT ITS AN ALL OVER BODY WORKOUT. YOU GET YOUR CARDIO ALONG WITH RESISTANCE TRAINING IN THE WEIGHT ROOM WHILE BEING COACHED WITH A TRAINER IN A SMALL GROUP ONE HOUR SESSION.

I like the variety. But I vote for using the TRX, weights, medicine ball and bosu ball much more! Most people don't have that equipment at home and we come to the gym to take advantage of it. However, most classes I've had over the last several months use weights and TRX somewhat, and medicine ball and bosu ball rarely. We end up doing squats, jumping jacks and burpees in the weight room. I can do those at home!
Always different, fun music, great attention from the coaches. Just with a location was more south and I would be their daily!
