I've always bought into the concept that one needs to workout within their "fat burning range" in order to trim down and lose weight. But then again, that's easier said than done. I do love other forms of organized exercise like Cross Fit and HIIT classes, but I certainly don't achieve the same "fat burning" results in Cross Fit that I do with OTF. With that said, the workouts are great. To keep me from getting bored, the exercises change daily. While I don't care much for rowing, switching between the rower, treadmill, and weight room works well for me and is a far cry from running or jogging on a treadmill where I'm bored for an hour. The biofeedback, via the screen, heart rate monitor, and subsequent email workout summary is probably what got me to sign up for OTF. This instant feedback correlates with my weight loss and overall improvement in cardio. Finally, the instructors are great and do a good job at helping people navigate through their workout. No matter your weight, size, or goal, there's a place for everyone at OTF.
I like that the workout is different every time I go. I also like that classes are full of adults of all ages and all body types, just like the real world.
The group setting and the variety of workouts change up each day.
It's different every time and the trainers push you to push yourself....I'm sore after but in a good way which tells me that it's working!!!
Is near my house this what i love but the treadmills need to be updated with the fan and i like the windows look outside:)

Brooke and Jenn always challenge you do just a little better (just .1 is better) than the day before.
I like that it is different every day. I never know what to expect and it is always challenging.
Things to improve- making sure the instructors split the class into two groups when there are 10 people or more- the weight room is small and is too crowded with 12 people in it! I also do not understand why you allow clients to leave their children unattended in the lobby while they work out. Seems like a liability issue.
I love the trainers and the group environment, it keeps me motivated and I love that there is someone there to help when I need it. I also love that there are people from all different fitness levels and no one feels uncomfortable. It's a great environment!
I like when your trainers are engaged in our work out, meaning they tell you what your are doing right or help you when you are doing it wrong. I also like when they give harder activities when they can see you need to be a usher more.

Although I don't think this type of workout is for me everyone was so wonderful kind attentive and if I could keep up with that fast pace it's something I would definitely do again I'm just a beginner starting my workout routine and right now it's a little too much for me but maybe I could come back to it when I build up some endurance and stamina
