First off, I love the coaches at this location!! To me, this workout is a perfect fit. I get instructions on what I need to do and from there I can push myself as much as I feel I can. The motivation and instructions from the coaches really make this a fun and challenging workout.

I don’t feel confident doing weights on my own. It’s nice to have the coaches available to help. I am also currently injured and I’m able to get a full workout in with modifications. The coaches are extremely helpful.
Devon was great. Liked the pace and the ability to modify as necessary.

I LOVE that the workouts are different each day and the coaches encourage you to work hard, but at your own pace. My coaches challenge me to chose heavier weights, increase my base pace and improve my technique in order to get the most out of my workout. They provide alternative moves and critique body alignment during the exercises. Their positive attitude/energy is welcoming and uplifting!

The structure of the workout
Marshall keeps a good pace, good energy (without being manic) is friendly, supportive, and most importantly approachable.
I love that I can commit myself to that one hour and get a full-body workout and great cardio, that I know the number of calories, that I have a goal of splat points to motivate me toward that afterburn, and that I am surrounded by encouragement, good music, and camaraderie but not pressured and still individualized so that I am still working out to my own level.
