I had two different instructors, Justin and Jordan, and they were both great. They engaged with me and helped me with my form. I was also easily able to get into both classes that I wanted.

I love the intensity of the work outs and the staff is wonderful, very motivating!
I do wish there would be some allowance to carry over classes month to month. Not unlimited but for example if you purchase an 8 pack of classes you could carryover 1 unused class.
Hard to be lazy.
I love that the structure, for the most part, stays the same but the actual workouts are different.
Balanced, intense, and great class leaders
Well thought out, holistic work out. Allows you to modify to your abilities. Positive motivation from coaches- push you but don't pressure you.
Instructor led fun workout
I love how every workout is a full body workout plus cardio and that every class is different. I love the coaches And the staff. Everyone is very friendly and knows youby your name. The facility is extremely clean.

Always different and challenging
It’s fun and upbeat and I’m already starting to see results.
It covers a lot in a short period of time. I'm a distance runner training for the Boston Marathon. Two days a week I'm supposed to do either a short easy run or cross-train. Orange Theory actually gives me both! I like that I can follow the workout very easily, even being new. I will definitely continue with Orange Theory even after the race.

Organized and trained instructors
It’s filled with variety and the trainers are great.
The workouts are always changing. You’re never doing the same thing day after day. Not to mention Jenn does a wonderful job engaging the members both in-studio & for events outside of the studio to give it that “Family” feel.
I felt supported by the coach and other participants. Additionally, I found that I worked out a lot harder than I would have at the gym on my own. The workout was a total body workout.
