In May of 2015 I completed my first Triathlon, September of 2015 my second which I did with my Grandson. As a college athlete he beat me by only 6 minutes. At 60 I am in the best shape I have been in since college. It's called Orange Theory but it's not a theory...it is a fact based on scientific research. It is a community of like minded individuals of every age and fitness level. A staff of trainers beyond compare who are dedicated to ensuring you have every opportunity to safely and effectively achieve your fitness goals. I was visiting from out of town and made to feel right at home. The front desk and coaching staff were friendly and helpful. The space was well maintained and feels brand new. I would definitely recommend this OTF.
