Great total body workout with balance and flexibility elements. Your workouts are monitored to one’s heart rate to help calibrate your workout intensity. The coaches are so kind and motivating. Fellow members are supportive and many become friends. You always feel good after the workouts.

The variety and the coaches ability to vary the workout due to limitations.
I like that the instructor is there to coach you along the way to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. It's like having a personal instructor. I have been a member for 1 year and 8 months, and I'm loving it.

Orangetheory is the best HIIT workout around. The fact that it's a workout for literally EVERYONE at any fitness level is the icing on the cake. The workout can be challenging or you can control your pace to your own comfort level. And the best part, ITS FUN!

Coaching, great music, and the burn!
Workouts are organized, functional, structured and exercises are varied and purposeful. Coaches are polished, knowledgeable and energetic. Music lends a great background and makes the workout move right along.
I like the variety and the fact that I can challenge myself every time. The coaches are the best (when I travel it's never as good as foothills!)
The workout was a typical OTF template. The front desk staff was really friendly, and the coach was personable, as well.
