I like that it's guided and focused on achieving results while being mindful of safety and physical limits. A total body work out in an hour. Results are seen quickly and with the use of technology for metrics and analytics, fitness goals are measurable. Very satisfied with the program.

Lake Pleasant studio needs to be clean by a professional Co. Studio is so dirty. I have stated concerns previous survey. Nothing changes. Dust on ceiling fan is terrible. Bathrooms need new sinks! Toilet looks like it’s leaking. Does Orange Theory have standards for studio?? Management needs to take care of issue!
I love coaches & staff reason I am a member. At this time I will not recommend Lake Pleasant Studio.

I love all the specialty workouts, the challenges, and the everyday workouts. They are always different unexpected and fun! I love how our coaches pushes us to do better and be better.

Michelle always pushes me to be the best version of myself! After joining OTF in 2021, Michelle said, “Yes you can and yes you WILL!” I still hear that voice when I start doubting myself!

Love the treadmill 50 class and Torey is my favorite instructor. I wish I knew more about the virtual classes. Is a 25 minute yoga class a full class from my package?
Ryan and all of the coaches are so knowledgeable and motivating. I’m burning a ton of calories, building muscle, AND having fun!
You can build your endurance at your own pace.
