I liked the energy in the room, the "push" in the cardio portion, and the guided workout. I like that this workout can boost my metabolism.
I like that the workouts are callenging, the coaches are motivating and the music is good!
It's fun because it's different every time. The trainers are awesome & so motivating. I look forward to every workout.
The energy and motivation!
I like the intensity of the workouts. I like the energy of the trainers. I don't like how they won't let you in studio to warm up even when a class is not finishing up. Examples are the 1st workout of day and the 3pm where there is no class before. The workouts are advertised as "being the best 1 hour workout ". They are not 1 hour.
High intensity, works me hard, friendly staff
The music! The playlist will make or break it for me. It's like working out in a nightclub, good lighting...fun:) And the pace, high intensity, cardio👍🏻
I like that it's a great guided workout that you don't have to think about and it's only 1 hour and you've burned enough calories for the day!

Consistent, hard workout, I would never push myself this hard on my own! Love that you get great cardio, and strength training; very well rounded workout. Only a little disgruntled when I get a very loud, overly talkative trainer......give us instruction and let us do our thing!

I love that with OrangeTheory it's like having a personal trainer, but without the super high cost. The group workouts are fun, and the trainers are high energy so it makes me actually enjoy working out. Wearing the heart rate monitor and seeing my heart rate shows me that no, I'm not going to die if I push myself even further.

Everything! Everyone is always so nice! My transfer to the Gilbert Studio didn't start in the right foot, but it's been turned around. It looks like the studio is more put together now with a good staff of people!
Regardless of your fitness level, you will feel welcomed and motivated and challenged. And if you stick with it, you can see your fitness improving after only a few classes! It's amazing!
It is an efficient energetic workout.
