Orange Theory offers a great calorie burn, a different approach to each workout, and a upper-positive environment. I actually look forward to working out!

It's so motivating to see so many people pushing themselves to be better! The coaches are awesome, and I always feel like I'm working every part of my body. Love Orange Theory.

What do you like about our workout?

It is different each day, and my body doesn't get used to it. Also, I like that even though it is a group, I feel like I am mostly alone - no one is paying attention to me which is what I want!

What do you like about our workout?

Everything. Half weights and half cardio. I like having the workout set up for me so I don't have to decide which exercises to do.

Lolo always pushes me to get better, run faster and work harder. I love the interval training and the feeling after the workout.

What do you like about our workout?

Kristi Scott is an AMAZING instructor. There is often turnover with instructors. She goes above and beyond more than any other instructor, from learning everyone's name to helping with form and adjustments based on individual needs. She is worth doing what it takes to keep her!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that you can tailor it to your fitness level. It's great for beginners all the way through more "advanced" fitness levels. Also it is a really efficient workout. I want to maximize the hour that I have to work out and I can't spend more time than that at a gym. I like that you can get in cardio and weight training in that hour.

I like the variety, but more info about the colored levels, points, how the measurement baselines are created would be Really helpful to know ahead of time

They are engaging and constantly changing. I tend to lose focus and get bored easily. With OTF, I do not seem to have this problem.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF Mesa/Red Mountain is a very friendly, open and supportive studio. We have been members of OTF for almost a year, but it was our first visit to this studio and they couldn't have been more welcoming to a couple of strangers.

Lolo was great as a coach and the staff was helpful and outgoing.
