I really enjoy the Pilates. I like the fact it is mainly a women’s gym and you can get on the equipment. It is also very close to home and a reasonable price.

What do you like about our services?

A mix of Pilates reformer classes with skillful and caring instructors, some work on the weights equipment and cardio (bike) is helping me maintain by stability and strength. The perfect gym!

I love Zumba with Laura. Only reason I haven’t given a 10 as sometimes the clubs cancels her class for an event.

The staff are friendly and very helpful.
The instructors for the classes are fantastic and thoughtful of anyone with injuries to help modify.
I love the fact that there are variety of classes
Just looking at other gyms or health clubs like Pure there aren't many like this one
