AS I have said before, I am constantly delighted with the service at Pure and I am always trying to persuade friends to join me there. Your instructors are all first class and Abi runs an extremely efficient and helpful desk. I only wish I were more successful in converting my friends.
l really enjoy the reformer and pilates classes, and the locations of the centres are handy. I like that I can time classes to be back-to-back. The new reformer classes are working out well. More classes on Friday in the city in the afternoon or morning are needed. I like the new texting system that lets me know if I'm on the wait list. The best instructors are Lauren, Mel, Emma-Kate, Anna and Jasmine (I don't go to the Cooparoo centre). They're truly wonderful instructors with interesting classes and they create fun. I never had any issues about asking for help or advice if I need it from them regarding a position etc. Lauren in particular is in the zone during her classes- she's amazing. The guy on the desk at Pure City is really friendly- he always says hello and goodbye and is approachable. One time I had all these posters that I was marking, and they would be too bulky for the lockers, and so he put them in the staff room for me. He offered to do this, and it was a small thing but it was really helpful. Some instructors need to work on not sounding bored. I won't single anyone out, but it is fairly common among particular instructors, so I try and avoid their classes. I would also like music to be played in the reformer classes if possible. Not sure how the others feel about this- but I like the music, particularly if you're doing something that is hurting a bit and you want to take your mind off of it.

I love all the classes available. I don't think there is another gym that offers the variety & no. of classes. I go to Coorparoo & think it's great gym to walk
into.....atmosphere is good.....helpful.....instructors great job.....p.t. trainers do good kob also. All over fantastic

Generally great but little things like vacuuming the carpet in the group fitness rooms more often and soap in the dispenser in the bathroom would be great.
