Classes are great. Would really like to see more GRC classes (evenings?) as they are very difficult to get a booking for....and a second cross trainer in the weights area would be great.

It can be self-directed if you want, or there are heaps of classes with heaps of times for people with a tough schedule which are fun (I have only done a few so far though) and of good variety. The 7/7.30 close time makes it good for people who finish work at 5 etc.

Large choice and variety of classes. Classes themselves are always varied e.g. GRC Open class is different each time. Really nice approachable instructors and other staff.
