I think Pure is absolutely wonderful! I attend 2 reformer classes each week and am about to start some cardio work. Your instructors are first class ( especially Lauren, Melita and Connie) and the reception staff excellent - particularly Abbi. I only wish I could persuade my friends to come into the city.
I love the staff and the classes especially pilates and reformer. I would warn them about the cancellation fee, which people have expressed a dislike to in the past in terms of signing up.
Like the variety in the classes - would be great if there were some additional morning classes, particularly on a Thursday.
It feels more like a lifestyle choice than a gym and the classes and facilities are really good

It is a very fun, friendly and supportive environment. All of the staff (admin and trainers) were polite, encouraging and went out of their way to help us even when things were busy.
