Enjoyable and motivating classes, great timetable and I appreciate the way management is in touch with members and responsive to feedback eg communication during COVID restrictions was great, Marina regularly sought feedback from members and I felt that our needs and preferences were listened to.
I enjoyed the reformer at the gym. The trainers were excellent. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership in advice from my surgeon after a hip replacement. Maybe I will join again in the future.
Great classes, extensive timetable, yoga and hip hop included. Especially yin yoga - i am addicted to it.

I love how the GRC trainers push us to perform as i am seeing results. i will need to use the online classes when i get back to work so i hope there are more classes i can do and redo at my own time.

I only do reformer classes but love the instructors, their varied classes & exercises are fantastic making sure classes change regularly to keep interest & work all parts of the body. Also appreciate the care taken to ensure everyone is doing exercises correctly to prevent injury. Also, Reno looks fab :)
