ServiceMaster provides excellent customer service. They do a pretty good job at cleaning the carpets. If there are any issues with carpet cleaning service they take the time to come out and inspect the issue and deal with it. Usually, I deal with Mark/Barb from the Markham office and they are both extremely friendly and they provide excellent service.
The communication, service and follow up are outstanding. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and effective at all levels.
It is the friendly customer service that we receive from Barbara and the personal visits from Mark make a very big difference.
