The customer service and personal contact with myself about our concerns, trouble areas, etc. is a wonderful quailty that is not often seen with companies today. ServiceMaster know what needs to be done at my work place. They arrive on time and do a wonderful job. All spots, issue areas and deep stains are taken care of. The manager will drop by and do quick spot cleaning between our monthly cleanings, when required. The personal contact, friendly people and email reminders from ServiceMaster of our cleaning dates, makes my work schedule easier. Thanks to the whole ServiceMaster team for great service.

They always make us feel like a priority, and Mark is always checking in to make sure we are happy with everything.
