We appreciated the professional and top notch agents that helped us sell our properties. Because of their expertise and advise in helping us prepare our houses for the market, we were able to sell two properties quickly and without any hassles (one house received two offers on the day it was listed and on the second property we got an offer 2 1/2 weeks after listing. Our agents, Karen Glaser and Karen Richardson, were always promptly available to answer any questions we had and were extremely helpful to assist us since we had moved out of state. We very much appreciated the concierge services which connected us to well qualified and professional experts who were able to help us quickly and efficiently with our
needs. We also got an excellent recommendation for legal services that helped us do the closings remotely! We highly recommend Coldwell Banker!
