The instructors motivate me to push harder, which is what I need. I had a sports injury in 2010, which lead me to slow down and not compete athletically anymore. Since I have been recovering I had not thought I would be as strong as I was prior to the complete fracture of my tib fib.

All teachers are very helpful and make sure I am doing the poses to best of my abilities. Teachers care about helping everyone get over their injuries and the atmosphere is calmed and friendly.

The premises are great, everything is nice and clean. They don't have locker room but I've never had a problem with my stuff, even when I leave it behind :)The staff is amazing! The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's obvious they love what they do! :)
Yet, I have a recommendation, I would like the instructors to be a little more strict when it comes to letting people bring their cellphones and stuff in to the hot room. I've seen people texting during the class, opening bags to get weights to work out, which they keep putting on and off, etc. I just find it distracting and disrespectful to the instructor and the other people in the room that take the practice seriously. Other than that, I LOVE BIKRAM HOT YOGA MIAMI and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!
