What do you like about our workout?

Always a different workout and moving around from station to station makes the hour go by quickly. The music and the trainers are also great motivators. Seeing your heart rate during the workout and then seeing the total results at the end also are great ways to monitor your progress.

It is an easy process to get in a good workout and it is very well run..... One suggestion would be to add more stationary bicycles.

Great instructors! They push you out of the comfort zone into the change zone to get the results that you want but can't seem to get to on your own. The workouts are varied daily and always fresh, always get a great work out!

What do you like about our workout?

The structure of the classes and the fact that they are instructor led; the variety of exercises; the instructors and how they encourage you to push yourself; the fact that you can so easily see which zone your heart rate is in and gauge your effort accordingly. I love that you can book classes at all different times of any day - it makes such a difference! Overall - it's the best type of program I've ever attended.
