I love OTF because it pushes me to work harder than I ever would on my own. I'm stronger, faster and healthier than I've ever been and I love every minute of it. All of the coaches and staff are amazing and I love the class environment and that every workout is different. You won't find any place better than OTF.

How it keeps you moving and you can monitor your heart rate. Coaches/Trainers monitor you to make sure that you are doing exercises correct. I also like the many options for classes/sessions.
