I like that it is intense but none of the instructors are trying to be like any other person in the room, its about taking it at your own pace and pushing yourself past your own limits, not anyone else.
It works with everyone at there own pace. And that the trainers are always uplifting and have positive, motivating attitudes.
I love that I'm always so focused on getting everything done I don't realize how much time has gone by. The coaches are fantastic, upbeat, and motivating. The music gets your heart pumping and gets you super pumped up to work out. I like that you never do the same thing twice and workouts are easily adapted for less strenuous workouts. I have a metal plate in my ankle and I can't do certain things. They easily adapt the workouts so that I can get a good workout even if I'm not doing that same maneuver that they had planned. It's great!
I love the trainers they are so motivating and help me to do the exercises. I especially love Grant he is my favorite trainer he is awesome!!!

It's organized, everyone is so friendly, the workouts are hard,
I like the interval style training but most of all I like the trainers the best. So far all the trainers have been amazing, but Lynette is my favorite. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are doing your workout properly while also challenging you to give it your best. She has helped me reach my fitness goals after having a baby. I love it at OTF and are very thankful for how wonderful the staff and trainers are.
I enjoy how it monitors my heart rate and keeps me focused on maintaining a steady pace on the tread mill.

It's unpredictability, the interval training, the energy and the fact that I'd never push myself quite that hard without the colors on the screen and instructors.
Hi energy, different every time
The thought of getting over a certain number of points and showing how many calories I am burning. I like the stats which show the time in the zones. I wish there was a way of getting my head space to enjoy it and not slow down,stop or not keep going when I am hurting. I watch others and they just keep going I just dont feel minded to exercise and enjoy the pain! If there was a hypnotherapy session you could door a kick up the bum or fitness mind majic to make me work harder and not be so lazy that would burn some fat cells! lol
The workout is never the same and the trainers are a great motivation!! Every class is just as hard as the day before!! Results are fast if you stick with it!! No pain ... No gain!!
