Merrill was FANTASTIC! She helped me improve my practice back at my home studio in Austin by giving me advice I hadn't heard before. She was super nice and super knowledgeable!

Only takes an hour to get intense workout. Personal attention and motivation from coach but not intimidating like working with personal trainer. Also like committing to appointment so less likely to skip. Friendly staff and fun music. The other members are also nice.

Jhoel, Rich and Chelsea are excellent trainers with outgoing personalities. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful!
I like group workouts. They motivate me to come back over and over again and push myself for better results. I attended several classes with different instructors, but so far Jeremy is the best. After his workouts I was leaving studio sweating, dying but very proud of myself.
