The Kids Club is great! Kaz has been so great helping with my son lately. I only wish it were open more hours! Everything else is great, too. I love the facility, equipment, and staff.

The coaches are friendly and patient with their instructions. The members are always happy and welcoming. The workouts are amazing, and have a wide variety of disciplines!

This truly is a judgment free gym with lots of cardio options. However, they do need about 4 more stair stepper machines as they are constantly full and you have to literally stand there and wait for someone to get off one to get one.

Trainers are great. Really help push me beyond what I would do in my own.

Love the movie theater style treadmill room, kept me going for an hour without checking my watch....brilliant!!!

The gym is very clean and well kept! All the machines are very nice and kept in good shape year round. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. I’ve been a member for 3 years and it’s been one of the best gyms I’ve ever worked out at!

I have been going to this gym for years and it not only has made me a better competitor, but also a more confident person. I would recommend The Arena to anyone living in Southern California or to visitors from out of town to come train.

the environment cleanliness and availability of staff and equipment are excellent. the ability to watch cable tv and exercise is a nice feature to have. worth the money!

I love that you have considered the location and realized this town has nothing to offer. When my family and I moved here involuntarily, finding a place with lap swim, hot yoga, and a kids pool, made us very happy. You should advertise more, we spent the first 2 months here thinking we were just screwed for 4 years. Thanks

Kristin Harris' classes are the best! She's so knowledgeable and educated and each class is new and different. The music she plays is amazing too! She's a gifted instructor and I'm so happy to have found her at Fit Factory.

We have been going to this gym on and off for the last 20+ years. We like the way the gym is organized and maintained.
Nowadays we truly enjoy Michael Meola’s training. Michael is the perfect trainer for my wife and I. He is courteous, dedicated, has a good sense of humor, listens to and address our needs. Michael has managed to design the ideal functional training for my wife and I. The training session content varies session to session. We work hard and yet we have a lot of fun ;-)

Great to be back at Energy, Love how it is never too crowded when I am there between 3-4pm. Gym and Staff are excellent.

All the exercise classes I have attended have been excellent! I have been disappointed that the pool is not fixed yet & will save my opinion on those classes after I am able to attend.
