What do I love about DAC? I love the trainers, they are friendly, and genuinely care about their clients. The gym is always clean! The smoothy bar, definitely an asset to the club. The team training classes! The constant changing of exercises to keep your muscles guessing! DAC staff and clients are a great group, they motivate me to workout to my max ability! Thank you to all t for making my fitness time not only fun but very beneficial to my health, both physically and mentally!

I love my BA fitness family. The instructors are the absolute best! I do small group training with Stephanie. She takes me beyond what i thought I was capable of. Love, love Stephanie! My other favorites are Rebecca , Jeff, Ashley, Andrea , Rachel and Kristi. Keep doing what your doing!!
