I love this gym! The front desk staff is always welcoming and kind. The trainers are educated, caring and respectful. The gym is clean and safe. The equipment is grade A! Anything else? Oh Yeah! I LOVE THIS GYM!!

This is a wonderful fitness center. Workers are always helpful, and the choice of exercise opportunities and classes is extensive.
Your resilience and patience during COVID 19. Also for the brief period that you guys were open during COVID 19, you guys took safety and health measures that gave me the confidence of keep coming back to PHG during these times. I was very skeptical earlier but your safety measures instilled my confidence in going back to the gym.

Great place to workout and lots of activities that are offered at the facility.
This facility has everything I could need and more. Various equipement, free weights, indoor& outdoor pool, indoor track, racquet ball, tanning, childcare& much more. Staff are knowledgable and friendly. They build a family atmosphere that truly makes you feel like you're a part of something special.
