Friendly, helpful staff
location, facilities are clean and customer service is excellent.
I really like how they have different exercise machines for every type of work out. They’re also very accommodating to different demographics by having a small separate section for women. It’s great to have unlimited access to work out classes, the pool and the massage tables around the clock!

Just a couple little things. It would be great if people wouldn't wear their outside shoes in the sauna. Also, the sauna doesn't get very hot, and people are already going to ruin it by pouring copious amounts of water over the rocks. That's what the steam room is for! Also, some towel racks outside the sauna would be great, along with a clock in the men's locker room. I know the sauna is hard to monitor with shoes and such being short of help, but it would be great if this could be done. Other than that being unsanitary, the rest of the gym is clean, great equipment, and I'm overall very satisfied. Thank you for taking my suggestions into consideration. I've been a member of Powerhouse for more than 10 years, and will continue to do so.

I'm very pleased with your services. I like you have a selection of classes. I would recommend you to anyone.
Good supply of dumbbells and all equipment to get in good training. It’s clean. One issue is that there are not enough squat/power racks. One of the three available does not have adjustable safety bars, which makes it almost useless for anyone under 5’6” .

The staff is great.
Wish we had hot water in the showers with a little more consistency and it seems like it takes a while to get machines fixed.
Suggested improvements, some heavy bag(s ) To punch and warm up upper body and some heavier dumb bells.
Over all great experience.
The classes are amazing, I like the community. The weight machines are pretty good too- hardly have to wait to use them.

I love everything about Fit Factory, the staff, the people working out there each morning when I am there; HOWEVER, there a few things you can really do right to make the place even better:
* Fix things quickly when they are broken. For example, a paper towel dispenser in the men's bathroom has been broken for over a week and it still has not been fixed!
* Fix machines and equipment on time when broken. It took literally forever to fix a water machine that broke down.
* It would be nice if the gym is opened at 5am on Saturdays instead of 7am. Hey is there room to expand the gym at all?
other than the above, I love working out at the Fit Factory in Foxboro.
I love the equipment and environment. Great staff.
Only two things I would add
-A few more clips for the racks.
-Turn the heat off.

Powerhouse Novi is very close in comparison to Lifetime Fitness. Which is a positive. I use the pool, locker room, hydro massage chairs. I also like that they offer women’s only gym area.
The free included tanning beds are a positive feature.

Guys has to stop chattering on the phone and at list say good night, day or morning it is just 2 secord to see customer at face and smile. After that everything is excellent machine and all around

Great atmosphere. Equipment is solid all around. I started using a trainer here and can't say enough positive things about them and their program.
Seems like the members like the fit classes here too.
I am very comfortable there and always haven't been at other gyms.
Kudos to everyone there.
